A couple week’s ago I got the opportunity to try out Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning. My family is big meat eaters, we have to have some sort of meat at every meal. Once we eat the same things cooked the same way all the time we tend to get tired of them. There are only so many types of meat so I have to get creative with my cooking to keep everybody happy. I’ve been cooking with Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning for the last couple weeks so it’s safe to say this stuff is straight up awesome – seriously!
The seasoning is completely natural and certified Kosher. It contains 65-70% less sodium than most all-purpose seasonings. I don’t know what is in it but it has a way of completely changing the flavor profiles of foods. I have used it so much in my cooking that we now use it instead of salt and pepper at the table. I haven’t found anything yet it’s not good with. I’ve found its great on most types of meats and also on veggies as well – I like to add a couple dashes to sweet corn, mixed veggies, and mashed potatoes. I’ve also tried it in Chicken & Dumplings and on BBQ ribs. Yum-O! Here is my recipe for super easy BBQ ribs.
Super Easy BBQ Ribs
Ingredients:
2.5 pounds of country style pork ribs
3 tablespoons of Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning
1 cup of Sweet Baby Ray’s Original barbeque sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Dry rub the ribs with Lawhorn’s Signature Seasoning then brush on the BBQ sauce and wrap in aluminum foil.
Place ribs in a baking dish and bake in the preheated over for 2 hours or until internal temperature of the pork has reached 160 degrees. Brush on a bit more BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes of baking for extra flair.
